Requests and estimates

Sending a request through this website, by phone or by text does not create a contract and does not guarantee a date. We reply with a written estimate, and no work begins until you approve it. The work itself is governed by the terms on the estimate you approve.

• What we send: messages about your service request — scheduling, arrival, estimates, and the status of parts — from Bob's Home Services LLC.
• How often: message frequency varies with your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop: reply STOP to any message to opt out; we confirm and send no more. Reply START to opt back in.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
